At LloydsPharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
